Advanced Private Pilot Training

Advanced Private Pilot Training

Bespoke one-to-one advanced courses

The Private Pilot Licence affords the privileges of pilots to captain an aeroplane with passengers. The PPL syllabus, however, requires only a basic level of skill. Thus, many new PPL graduates feel they would benefit from improving their skills and understanding in a variety of key areas.

The Advance Private Pilot Training offered by AV8R Flight Training is designed to inspire and inform, whilst developing your confidence through understanding and increase pilot competence through practice.

As Advanced Courses require significant briefing. Instructor costs are offered on a Day or Half Day Rate inclusive of briefing/de-briefing time and flight instruction.  All flying courses are bespoke one-to-one training. They are tailored to your individual requirements and aim to improve the following skills:
  • Captaincy and Command
  • Pilot  Capacity
  • Situational Awareness
  • Airmanship & TEM
  • Prioritisation and Effective Decision Making
  • Co-ordination and Flying Skills

Advanced Courses for Private Licenced Power Pilots

If wishing to use your own aircraft Pilot Coaching for licenced pilots is conducted under the LAA Pilot Coaching Scheme utilising the LAA PCS DTO.
I am also able to resource a variety of aircraft types should that be required.
